Athlete Questions
Finding and downloading your race photos
How do I find my race photos?
Enter your event name and bib number—our AI instantly locates every photo you're in. Most athletes find their shots in under 3 seconds, no endless scrolling required.
When are photos available?
Photos go live the same day as your event. As photographers upload, you can browse instantly—no waiting days or weeks like traditional race photography.
Can I download the full-resolution original?
Yes. Click any photo and hit Download to get the full-resolution file straight to your device. No hoops, no hidden steps.
What if my bib wasn't visible?
Try searching by name or browsing by checkpoint location. Still stuck? Visit our contact page and we'll personally help locate your photos.
Do I need an account to download photos?
No account required. Browse and download freely. Creating an account lets you get notified when new photos from your events are uploaded.
Can I share photos on social media?
Absolutely! Your downloaded photos are yours to share anywhere. We just ask that you tag the photographer (handle on the photo page) and @pacepics to spread the love.
What if I can't find my event?
Events are created by race organizers. If your event isn't listed, ask your race director to add it on PacePics—it takes about five minutes and is completely free for them.
