Create the event, share a magic upload link with your photographers, publish. Athletes search by bib and download the original free. Up to 500 photos per event free; one flat fee above that, paid once when you publish.
No card needed until you publish an event over 500 photos.
what changes for you
The athlete gets their photos. You get your week back.
no more "where are the photos?"
Send one link. Athletes search by bib and find themselves without you sorting a folder or answering messages for a week.
photographers who come back
They are credited by default, and the gallery becomes part of their portfolio. They keep copyright and their originals. No invoicing through us.
an archive, not a folder
Galleries stay up for 6 months free and 3 years on paid events. On a paid event, next year's field can still see what this year looked like.
a weekend is one event
Running several distances over a weekend does not mean several events. Each distance gets its own gallery and its own link, the photos count together against one price, and a search from the main gallery covers all of them.
your start list, if you have one
Import the participant list and a misread bib gets corrected against it. Tick consent at import and athletes can search by name as well as number, which is how people who taped over their bib still find themselves.
a price you see before you pay
Nothing is charged at upload. Under 500 photos, publishing is free. Above that, the Publish button shows the one-time price for the count, from $19.

share the magic link
Send your photographers one upload link. They drag their shoot in from a browser, with no account on their end.
publish, and share one link
Every bib is read as photos arrive. When you publish, athletes search by bib and download the full-resolution original free.

questions organizers ask
Why do you charge for an event?
So every athlete gets their photos free. One fee per event pays for hosting, bib search and a gallery that stays up for 3 years. Whoever creates the event pays, once. There is no subscription. Athletes never pay, and there are no ads.
What happens when an event passes 500 photos?
Nothing stops. Photographers keep uploading. When you publish, the button shows your price (from $19). Until you pay, the event is not public, but you can still see everything in your manage hub. Events with 500 photos or fewer publish free.
How do I know what I will pay?
Your price is based on your photo count when you publish. Your manage hub shows the count live. As a rough guide, one photographer for under an hour is free. One or two for about an hour is Small ($19). Two or three for a couple of hours is Medium ($39).
host your race
It takes less than a minute. No card needed until you publish an event over 500 photos.
